We want you to wear your LARi gear ASAP! We ship all around Australia and aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. But please note during busy season or sale period this may take longer.
SHIPPING COSTS
Domestic Australia Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via Sendle (unfortunately we are not able to send to PO Box address)
Standard Domestic: $10
We offer free shipping for orders over AUD$99 and will be applied at checkout
Keep an eye out on our social media because we will run free shipping promotions from time to time!
International Shipping
We are shipping to some selected countries, please contact us on info@lariactive.com or via chat to find out the cost regarding international shipping to your destination.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure you enter your correct delivery address. If you entered the incorrect delivery address at checkout and didn’t let us know before the package is dispatched, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We will not refund/replace the orders that has been sent to addresses that was incorrectly provided by the customer.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you require any changes to your order, including incorrect address details and/or item selected and/or sizing, please contact us immediately at orders@lariactive.com. We will try to help you the best we can, however it is not always possible to intercept the dispatch in time especially during sale and peak periods.
If your order has already been dispatched, LARi accepts no responsibility for incorrect details provided. Our returns policy allows you to return and exchange incorrect sizes, however we are not liable for missing packages due to incorrect address provided at checkout.
TIMEFRAME
Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can follow your package’s trip from our doorstep to yours.
If you didn’t receive this, check your junk mail as these emails sometimes ended up there. If you still haven’t received it after 48 hours, send us an email orders@lariactive.com to let us know.
